1. College degree or above, major in polymer materials and engineering, engaged in technical work for more than three years;
2. Familiar with the use and principle of rubber laboratory equipment, experimental data and formulation relationship; familiar with microwave vulcanizer equipment and technology; understand general rubber raw materials, formula design and adjustment;
3. Familiar with the performance of various rubber raw materials.
4. Responsible, meticulous work, self-motivated, able to continuously improve the level of knowledge and skills, can handle the cooperation and coordination between colleagues.
